No, you do not need to re-register if you are an existing Kotak811 customer. You can simply log in with your existing MPIN. For new customers, you’ll need to set up your MPIN for the first time to log in and start using your account. It’s that simple to get started with the new app!
No need to stress if you forgot your login details - resetting your MPIN is very easy. Here’s how you can do it:
- Tap on "Forgot PIN."
- Enter Date of Birth
- Enter PAN details
- Enter your mother’s maiden name
- Enter new pin
- Click "Reset PIN."
You can also reset the MPIN by adding your Debit Card details:
