You possess both a valid Aadhar and PAN card.
You are a resident of India and have an Indian address.

Savings Bank account shall not be opened in the name of the following: a. Any trading or business concern, whether such concern is proprietorship, partnership, company or association.

Your account balance cannot exceed Rs. 1 lakh and you can deposit aggregate amount of maximum Rs. 1.2 lakhs within one year of account opening.
